Chuck Scragg, EDFP, BS, MA, MBA, and EDFP, is President of Community and Economic Development Strategies and Solutions Consulting. Chuck works with local governments to provide interim project based management, consulting, expertise and leadership. For the past nine years, his assignment in these endeavors has been to manage operations of the County Commission and/or Development Authority until permanent personnel are hired. He also assists in Executive Search activities for a permanent positions when requested.

As a hands-on manager in these assignments, Chuck assists Local governments in daily administration and work direction. In the economic development arena he works with new and existing companies. Mr. Scragg provides expertise in supervision, strategic planning, product development, consensus building, marketing and Leadership.
